If being healthy is important to you then you will do your best to get the freshest food possible. Doesn't matter if you can't find all roganic beause of where you live. You CAN eat fresh product, get rtid of sugar, gluten and processed food and make the best choices possible. Ideally I'd live in hawaii on a farm near the ocean but its not happening anytime soon. We do the best with teh circumstances and it's a great thing. Dust off the old vitamix, throw fear out the window and do a google search to find a green smoothie recipe. Your body will love you for it.

All that sounds great but what if you don't have any organic foods available? The living food cafe sounds good too but there again we don't have one! In fact, I'm lucky to be able to buy "fresh" veggies n fruit of any kind! I have an old vitamix from way back in the '80's that I never use because the fresh produce is so expensive. Also, the thing scares me! Not only that but the old container is stainless steel so you can't see what's going on in there. I do like hearing how well you eat though and dream of how it could be...............
